Meet the Board
The One Oak Advisory Board contributes their insights to the firm on business, economic, operational, and strategic perspectives. The members of the Board are Andrew Formato and John McNiff. Together, they bring substantial experience in financial services and valued insights to the firm's investment process.
Andrew Formato
Andrew Formato is President of Weeden Prime Services LLC. Andy began his career in the Securities Industry in 1992, after having graduated from Trinity College with a BA in History. He worked in various capacities within Institutional sales at Smith Barney, S.C. Bernstein, and then CIBC World Markets, where he was one of the top producers covering Institutional accounts in the firm, before joining Weeden in 2003. Andy was a member of Weeden’s Executive Management Committee and was a board member of Weeden Investors and Pragma Securities, a leading quantitative technology provider.
John McNiff
